Yes! As long as it’s ground level and we have a tent as needed depending on climate and weather.

To ensure we have your date locked in and our freshest beans and matcha ready, we recommend at least 3-4 weeks in advance. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute inquiries - if our calendar is open, we’d love to help!

We have a 50-guest minimum rate. Events with fewer than 50 guests are welcome, but our base rate of 50 guests still applies.

Depending on the event and size, we will work you to customize a menu that suits your needs. We will have an initial video meeting with you to know more about you and the event and provide a quote from there.

Yes, a 20% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date at least 7 day’s notice.
